She took my Jacket

Hi all. It's Molly here.

See, this is me (on the left) and Inks, just the other day, after our xmas in July celebrations.

In fact, it was the day after so we were still feeling a little groggy from all the excitement. Mum decided to pep us up with one of the treasured bikkies each, with a thick layer of peanut butter for extra energy.

Mmmhhhh, yes. So here is me, licking my lips thinking, I am the most spoilt doggie in the universe and how lucky I am to have landed here...

So, can you see how nice and woolly I am in those pictures?

Well, let me tell you. I am woolly no more. The minute I finished that mouth full of bikkie and before I had realised what was happening she had scooped me up and held me hostage in the bathroom. For at least half an hour!

As soon as I heard the familiar but immensely feared vibrating noise of the clippers I knew that my time had come. It was to be the end of being nice and woolly and equipped with luscious locks. To make matters worse I had to endure the "harvesting of fine woolly undercoat for felting purposes" first...

As soon as the clippy machine stopped and I had the first sliver of opportunity of getting out of the confinement of the bathroom I sprang into freedom only to be sniffed all over by the Inky Pup. It's still me, the Molly Dog...You fool!

So here I am, facing the wall and not moving, just to show her how depressed I really am now. Stop documenting everything on film already, would ya?!

REAAAAALLLY depressed...

VEEEERRRRYYY unhappy indeed...

But then on the other hand...

that Airecut had everybody talking and I've been called everything from slinky, sexy, delicious, hot and scrumptious to Show Dog...

So I guess, it can't be that bad, right?!

And I can go back to devouring my well-deserved treat now while resting assured that I am the hottest Dale in town. Woohoo! (you can biggify this last piccie to see for yourself how hot I really am)

Take care of yourselves and your locks!

MOLLY

Mama hat mir gestern auch das Fellchen gekürzt. Wir haben Sommer und ich mag es nicht so heiß, da liebe ich ein kurzes Fell.

our mom does that to us too. she captures us and washes us and clips all of our curly hairs off. it's such torture, but we look so handsome when we are done.
