Fun times at Moriac

Hi all, it's Molly here.

Today we went and caught up with Lili. If you go back a few blog posts you'll notice that Lili is a dear friend of ours who attended the Million Paws Walk and the Geelong Airedale meet not that long ago.

So time had come to go and explore Lili's hood. We packed the pinkies and the Labrador in the Airebus and off we went to the beautiful country Victorian township of Moriac.

When we arrived at the Lambert residence it took some time for Inky and Lili to work out who's boss (and guess what, neither of them is, but I am!!). Once we got past that hurdle we had to do lots of sniffing and tail wagging while Lili showed off her kingdom.

The girls got stuck into Andy and kept begging to take us to one of Lili's favourite places...

Finally the pinkies got off the couch and took us to a special lake...

And of course, we bolted off immediately...

There isn't all that much water in the lake at the moment and mum said it reminded her a bit of the moon (I don't think she's been though??)...

Anyway, so we headed for the water...

And if you look closely, you can see I had climbed up some ole tree stump in the lake...

I had been trying to climb a tree in its entirety many a time so I finally felt like I had achieved my goal...

We had a good time chasing sticks (we had a well trained pinkie with us who kept throwing the sticks for us)...

And some of us even went for a proper swim...

However, some got more wet than others...

Personally, I like to stay dry up top (it's a hassle to get those curls back in place)...

  2. Hallo Inky and Molly,

  3. We're glad to see you got the pinkies off the couch and you got to play at the lake! You did get yourself pretty soaked, Molly, but it looks like you all had a great time!

    Love ya lots

  4. It really does look dry around that lake. Lucky there is still enough water for you to have fun in. Love the tree stump shots.
